As I was stuck in Houston today due to weather issues, I watched people get so very frustrated with the gate agents and service people who were there to help. We sometimes really do act as if the airlines are purposefully thwarting our travel plans and we forget they are humans too with feelings too. I watched a young man slam his hand down on the counter in frustration....as if this is going to make his flight arrive sooner? I pray for peace and serenity in these trying times --- praryers for me but also prayers for those who are
