Post Title.

I just realized it has been over a month since I last blogged.  I just finished defending my dissertation this past Thursday (successfully, yippee!), so I'm hoping to have more time for blogging now.  In speaking with several folks over the last few weeks about my dissertation research, I have heard so many share they feel the issue of trust between employees and supervisors is certainly not limited to the education worls.  My dissertation committee encouraged me to broaden my topic in future research to include trust in the corporate world, etc.  I found some very specific trust builders and trust barriers for leaders to note when they are "leading" their employees and hope to soon be able to share these in future workshops.
I will be resigning my position as principal at Edge Elementary School at the end of June.  While I am tremendously saddened to leave such a great group of people, I am also e
